This Stag necklace is made from a Sacagawea dollar, featuring Sacagawea and her child on the back.
 
This Stag is one of many tattoos found on Princess Ukok, who was discovered frozen in the Siberian permafrost. The 25 year old woman, who had been preserved in the ice for 2,500 years, died of breast cancer and was found to have smoked cannabis for its medicinal properties. Ukok’s burial also showed that she was of “singular importance” to the people of the area.
