This necklace is made from a Colombian coin with a Colombian Condor on the back.
 
This symbol combines the Cuneiform (the first written language) character for Creator/Creation/God/Goddess/Heaven/Sky with the Alchemy symbol for Silver (prosperity/good fortune). 
This talisman can be interpreted differently depending on the person who is wearing it.
